Coos Bay Response Cooperative, Inc. is a not-for-profit marine industry owned association consisting of the terminal operators in the Coos Bay harbor. It was formed in 1994.

CBRC acts as an initial responder. After 24 hours, additional contractors would be called out depending on the nature and duration of the response.
